Rebecca Fishman Lipsey is Chief Executive Officer of Radical Partners, an accelerator that helps social entrepreneurs to grow their visions to scale. Winner of the 2010 International Stevie Award for Women in Business for “Best Non-Profit Executive”, a Miami Fellow alumna, and a closet musician, Rebecca is passionate about strengthening community through education, third spaces, exceptional leadership, and bursts of creativity.
Previously, Rebecca served as the Executive Director of Teach For America in Miami, a national organization focused on narrowing the achievement gap facing low-income youth. Rebecca began her work at Teach For America as a 4th grade teacher in Harlem, NY, and her greatest joy is hearing about which colleges her students are getting into.
